Sono loro l'ostacolo maggiore ad un accordo. L'appoggio esterno è fondamentale in uno scenario del genere.
Possibile che nessun italiano tra consulenti, esperti, alti funzionari, abbia messo in conto questo aspetto ? Veramente tutti puntavano su quel governo ?
